Environment is the best factor which affects the human. Environment or the surrounding makes the person good or bad. Family guidance is highly essential to stop enuresis the disease of bedwetting.

First of all you have to help your child to have dry nights by making their environment favorable to getting out of bed and going to the toilet. Don’t put their bed on too high by which they will feel uncomforting to get out. Do another thing for them that you have to give clear light on the path to bathroom-a night light in their room, one in the hallway and one in the bathroom should work if your child is tall to reach the light switch. If your child still needs your help to use the toilet and lighting the way to your bedroom so they can get your help is also a good idea.

There is also another factor for some children those who sleep in cold rooms is more likely to wet the bed. To avoid it keep your child’s room at about 70 degrees to make this less likely

Some children have the habit that in the day when they go to the bathroom they do not always completely empty their bladder. Thus they habituated with a not quite empty bladder as being completely empty, and at night, before going to bed, they do not feel the need to go to the bathroom. During the night, urine production still occurs, the bladder fills but the child does not wake up until too late.

This situation can be treated by-limit fluid intake right before bedtime-finish a drink two hours before bedtime, and do not take anything till to morning. It means not that you don’t give him water when it is very thirsty, it can be better to allow them to drink something and put a pull up diaper on them, or wake them up in the night to use the washroom. Every night before bed ask your child whether he is willing to go to the bathroom or not, insist him (the child) to use the bathroom and try to completely empty their bladder. Don’t stress this too much, simply ask them and call them to sit on the toilet and try. If not coming anything, do not comment, just move on to the next part of the bedtime ritual.

This type of behavioral methods can treat enuresis. Again you can use some other behavioral methods which can range from reward systems, limiting of fluids to enuresis alarms. By using this type of things if enuresis not stops then the last resort is to take medication.
